A customer buys your product in the retailer’s Shopify store. First, we charge the retailer for the order. Once the payment is received, we place an MCF order in your Amazon account, and Amazon ships the item from your FBA inventory directly to the customer. The sale appears in your Recovery Orders list — no action needed from you.
