Onboarding
There are three simple steps to complete Onlihub onboarding process: 1. Click on invitation link, provide your email and create password. 2. Provide your details and pick the name for your Onlihub store. 3. Choose your 3PL provider and complete an integration process. That’s it! Onlihub will automatically do the rest.

Onlihub return policy.
Onlihub provides 30-day return policy to all customers. When Onlihub refunds to Online Retailer for your marketplace order, we debit your seller account for all or part of the refund value. Returns are eligible only for defective, damaged or wrong item sent.
Pricing
We charge a referral fee of 10% per each sold item. There is no monthly or hidden fees.
Restricted products
If you add products on Onlihub, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and Onlihub policies applicable to those products and product listings. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products listed on these pages, including products available only by prescription, is strictly prohibited.
